    Newly remodelled and a decent size room with views overlooking the laguna, good offer. Magnificent and gorgeous location, just walking distance from everywhere. Amazing pool, parking outside.

    I really enjoyed my time at Angsana Laguna Phuket. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the airport. Our Laguna Premier Room was spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Watching the sunrise over the water was amazing. The breakfast at the Market Place restaurant impressed me with its variety. You could order hot noodle soup made to your liking or choose from a wide buffet. The coffee was superb, thanks to the barista. The team here is fantastic, especially Kwang, who made our check-in process smooth and personal. The kids' club kept my girls entertained while I worked off some of the extra calories in the well-equipped gym. The winding pool is amazing! It offers plenty of spots for sun or shade and is perfect for a leisurely swim. Kayaking with my kids around the lake every day was a highlight. The resort's beach access was nice, but the swimming conditions weren't great due to the waves. Some areas of the hotel do show their age and could use sprucing up, but overall, I felt very comfortable. Dining on-site was nice, but the beach stalls offered good options at lower prices, helpful. Our stay felt rather short, and I left feeling like Angsana Laguna Phuket deserves another visit.

    Huge and complete resort in all aspects. One of the best I have seen.

    There is no transfer to and from the hotel from airport or anywhere, and the only way to move around the island are taxis which cost 5 times than those in Bangkok! Do rent a car if you move once every day including airport and you have some kind of experience in driving left side. From the moment you step out of the hotel you have to pay minimum 1000 Bah for transportation (two way), and this is how much a small car costs per day. Pool hours are also very limited. They informed us that pool closes at 17.00, however, we saw people swimming after 18.00 so I don’t know if we were wrongly informed or what. In any case, 17.00 is to early! Restaurants are rather expensive for Thailand.

    The resort had amazing landscaping and we loved the pool. The staff were really accommodating. Our room was a bit dated, but we enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness. We had a great family vacation and appreciated the upgrade provided for our convenience.

    I have stayed at this hotel 11 times. The new owners seem to have made a great effort to improve the facilities and its staff. The Sheraton site was pretty well run down last time we visited ( 2010). Breakfast good...

    the villa was beautiful and very spacious, luxuriously beautiful domain

    no washing machine available (as in other accommodations) no dishcloth available for dishwashing in the villa, staff came several times to make beds / light candles /maintain the garden /.... which in turn held back privacy.
